With over six years of experience as a cardiac and long term acute registered nurse, Erica has honed her skills in providing exceptional care, ensuring the safety and well-being of her patients. Her commitment to excellence extends beyond the hospital walls, as she has proven herself a leader in the community she serves.

Driven by a deep passion for making a difference, Erica now serves her community in collaboration with APD in specialized setting for the care of persons with disabilities. Her mission is to create a safe and supportive environment where residents are treated with love, respect, and dignity. Drawing on her professional nursing background and personal experience supporting loved ones with disabilities, Erica understands the unique challenges this community faces and works tirelessly to meet their needs with empathy and individualized attention.
